Short version

Noshow is a free tool. We offer it as-is, without warranties. Use it to estimate revenue loss, not as a substitute for your accountant. Don't abuse it, and we reserve the right to pull access if someone does.

1. Who we are

Noshow (“Noshow”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at noshow.fyi, including the calculator and the PDF report it emails.

2. What you get

Access to the online calculator and, on request, a PDF report emailed to the address you provide. The calculator and report are provided free of charge. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Not financial or professional advice

The calculator produces estimates based on the inputs you provide and published industry benchmarks. It is a guide, not an audit. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the output. If the numbers are material to your business, verify them with your own accounting, financial, or legal advisors before acting on them.

4. Accuracy

We link the sources behind the benchmark figures we cite on this site. We make a reasonable effort to keep them current, but we make no guarantee that every figure is precise for your specific market or point in time. Exchange rates are fetched from a third-party service and may lag live market rates.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

• Submit false email addresses or spam the calculator with automated traffic.
• Attempt to break, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or circumvent security on the site.
• Use Noshow to harass, defame, or otherwise harm another person or business.
• Resell the tool or rebrand it as your own. You may share your report and link to noshow.fyi freely.

We can suspend or permanently revoke access for anyone we reasonably believe is violating these rules.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the inputs you enter. By submitting them, you grant Noshow a limited license to process them for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy — generating your report, improving the tool, and sending you the service you asked for.

7. Our content

The site design, calculator logic, copy, and the layout of the generated PDF are owned by Noshow. You may reference or quote figures from the site for non-commercial purposes with attribution. Don't pass the report off as your own research.

8. Third-party services

Noshow relies on third parties (AWS for storage and email, a geolocation API for detecting your country, Frankfurter for exchange rates). Their availability affects ours, and we aren't liable for their downtime or changes to their behavior.

9. No warranty

The site, the calculator, and the report are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noshow is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising out of your use of the site or the report. If a court nonetheless finds us liable, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for most users, is zero) or (b) USD $50.

11. Termination

You can stop using Noshow at any time. We may terminate or suspend access to the service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. liability, IP, governing law) will survive.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
